Store, Refund, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Dr. Skyn Med Spa, we are committed to providing exceptional service and personalized care. Each appointment is reserved specifically for you, and we kindly ask that you respect our providers' time by reviewing the following policies.

1. ALL SALES FINAL — NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on purchased products, treatments, services, or packages, except where required by applicable law.
All treatments are subject to an appropriate clinical assessment. If a treatment cannot be performed, available options will be discussed in accordance with applicable law.

2. 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.

• 24 hours or more: No cancellation fee.

• Less than 24 hours: A $30 cancellation or rescheduling fee will apply.

• Cancellation fees must be paid before scheduling future appointments.

3. NO-SHOW POLICY
Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without providing notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled treatment price.
The no-show fee must be paid before booking another appointment.

4. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
We understand that unexpected delays may occur. Therefore, we offer a 15-minute grace period for scheduled appointments.​

• More than 15 minutes late: Your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and a $100 late-arrival/rescheduling fee will apply.

5. BOOKING DEPOSITS
Booking deposits are applied toward the total cost of your scheduled treatment.
If a client cancels with less than 24 hours' notice, fails to attend, or arrives more than 15 minutes late, the deposit may be applied toward the applicable fee.
Any remaining balance must be paid before scheduling another appointment.

6. POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By booking an appointment with Dr. Skyn Med Spa, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to our cancellation, no-show, late-arrival, and refund policies, subject to applicable law.
